Code of Conduct

From the very beginning, this journey has carried a clear purpose. That purpose is to deliver adventure and delight to listeners across the globe, whether they are small children or grown adults who still hold onto a youthful spirit. Yet any mission worth pursuing demands more than enthusiasm alone. It calls for a thoughtful plan, not only for what the business does but for how it chooses to operate. Such a plan shapes the way new partnerships are formed and the way existing relationships are nurtured. It also guides the effort to reach ambitious goals while still protecting the world we all share.

Sharing that same purpose and cultivating trust, credibility and genuine emotional bonds sits at the very heart of who we are. We have a word for this spirit: toniehaft, or tonie-wise. To live it means bringing excitement, warmth, openness, imagination, playfulness and energy to everything we do. It also means acting with honesty and holding to the values gathered in this document, which carries the rather un-toniehaft name of our Code of Conduct.

You may ask what a Code of Conduct really is. Put simply, it is a collection of rules that describe how we believe a good workplace should feel and how people here should treat one another as well as the partners they work alongside. It offers guidance for our behavior no matter where we are or what task is in front of us. Its purpose is to help each person make toniehaft choices at the moments when those choices matter most.

Because we see ourselves as one large family, we also accept that our reputation and our future rest in our shared hands. We want to be known by what we do, which means corruption, discrimination and disrespect toward our values, our principles and our mission simply have no room here. Each of us has a part to play in staying approachable, cooperative, upright and cheerful along the way. Even when difficulties arise, we aim to search for solutions and find the right path forward together. In doing so, we can continue this toniehaft mission and bring joy and adventure to even more eager ears and hearts around the world.
